Brooke Morgan

Founding Partner

Brooke founded Bee Squared Consulting with her longtime friend, Bonnie Croney, in September 2022. Prior to that time, she earned a Bachelor’s of Accounting and Masters of Management from Missouri State University. Brooke’s professional background includes nearly 20 years of comprehensive experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, financial planning, process implementation, and strategic operational planning.

Brooke is a unique Leader with a background of providing strategic and goal-oriented leadership. She is known for developing professional and results-oriented teams, while providing strategic solutions to all initiatives. Brooke values the development of relationships with peers, employees, internal and external customers, and any other partnerships. She has been successful in developing strong partnerships, leading large organizational initiatives, restructuring of teams to promote efficiency and increase morale, developing and implementing process improvements, and finding solutions to complex issues within a company.

Brooke and her husband Jacob live in Springfield, MO, where they enjoy spending time with their two boys, taking summer road trips as a family, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors. She also serves on her community’s HOA board, the Willard Cub Scout Pack 52 board and the Willard Orchard Hills Elementary PTO board.
